Praneeth Kumar P is the founder of PKP Advocates. With more than 20 years of combined experience across legal practice and IT consulting, he advises individuals and businesses on complex matters where law, finance and technology converge.
He has worked alongside senior Supreme Court advocates on constitutional, commercial and white-collar matters — an apprenticeship that continues to inform every brief his firm prepares today.
His current practice spans property document verification, matrimonial and family law, NCLT and NCLAT proceedings, criminal defence, and cyber law. The firm represents clients across Karnataka and, where the matter requires, before higher forums pan-India.
