How we handle your information.
PKP Advocates respects your privacy. This page summarises how we handle information shared through this website and any communication channels linked from it.
Information we collect
- Information you submit through our intake form, WhatsApp, email or phone — including your name, contact details and the details of your matter.
- Standard server logs (IP address, user agent) collected by our hosting provider for security and performance purposes.
- Aggregate analytics about page visits — used only to improve the website. See “Analytics and cookies” below for specifics. We do not use behavioural advertising tracking and do not run remarketing or ad-network pixels.
Analytics and cookies
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-TX6WNF8N8W) to measure aggregate visitor traffic — pages viewed, approximate geography, device type and referral source. Google Analytics sets first-party cookies (typically _ga and _ga_*) and processes data on Google’s infrastructure under its own privacy terms. Google Analytics 4 anonymises IP addresses by default and does not retain full IP data.
We use this data only in the aggregate. We do not link analytics data to individual clients, intake-form submissions, WhatsApp messages or phone calls. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing audiences.
You can opt out of Google Analytics across all sites by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking third-party scripts in your browser. Doing so will not affect your ability to use this site.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and assess your matter.
- To provide legal services if you formally engage the firm.
- To meet our regulatory and bar-council obligations as advocates.
Confidentiality
All communication with the firm — whether or not it leads to a formal engagement — is treated as privileged communication. We do not share, sell or disclose information about your matter to any third party, except where required by law or with your written consent.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and our professional obligations. Contact us at contact@pkpadvocates.in for any such request.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always available on this page.
